Project Participants
Ultimately, we will need input from many people across every corner of the university to help us understand how they use the systems to do their work. During the Huron engagement we want to include as many as is necessary for the readiness assessment. This will certainly reveal many more people we will need to include after Huron leaves, to prepare for the eventual system.
These individuals will comprise three main groups:
- Stakeholder Committees
- Discovery Groups
- Technical Teams
In addition to these participants, there are two committees overseeing information technology and services across all Cornell campuses, as well as the Huron Engagement itself. You can view those members by logging in to the CEMI Community page with your NetID or CWID.
We welcome feedback regarding anyone we may have missed that we should loop back to and include now or in the later phases of the initiative. To participate, community members in Ithaca and Cornell Tech should contact Devaki Ginde and Weill Cornell Medicine community members in New York and Qatar can contact John Chalet or Stephen Wall.
