Just as Cornell provides support systems to help employees through various workplace challenges, our change management resources help employeesyou build the skills and confidence to navigate transitions—even the difficult ones.
New Change Management Resources
For the next two years, every Cornell employee can access Prosci organizational change management training in a series of courses offered by the Organizational Development and Effectiveness team at no cost to individuals or their teams.
Prosci training is a solid introduction to the discipline or culture of change. It’s about building resilience and confidence so you can navigate change successfully.
