Prosci Training
Every Cornell employee can access Prosci organizational change management training in a series of courses offered by the Organizational Development and Effectiveness team at no cost to individuals or their teams.
Prosci training is a solid introduction to the discipline or culture of change. Learning these foundational skills can restore a sense of agency when responsibilities, technologies, teams, and processes shift.
